Yenu

From the island of Mare, in New Caledonia, Yenu is lead by the pastor Waris, who was also part of Nodeak, one of the first group of Kaneka music.

Very involved in the everyday life in the village where he has been appointed pastor, he is also very close to the youth of the village with who he shares the love for music as well as a deep concern for the future of the kanak culture.

His amazing work on vocal harmonies took him and the village boys to a festival in Corsica, invited by the group A Filetta.
